EXO Building Solutions is a commercial roofing subcontractor serving New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania — TPO, EPDM, and metal roofing for general contractors, public owners, and commercial developers.

Our Story

A new company with a long track record.

EXO’s team brings more than 50 years of combined roofing experience — from school re-roofs to large commercial installs — plus 22 years running projects as general contractors. Together we have delivered school districts, municipal buildings, public-safety facilities, and retail projects — on bonded, prevailing-wage contracts, on occupied sites, and in multiple phases.

We started EXO to run that work the way we always believed it should be run: with clear communication, crews who take ownership, and paperwork that never holds up a GC’s schedule.

Our Vision

We want to be the roofing partner GCs trust on their hardest public and commercial projects — because we price quickly, show up when we say we will, keep the compliance file clean, and stand behind the work long after closeout. We grow by earning repeat work, one building at a time.
